Same Day Shipping is available.
If we are experiencing higher volume, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During our peak season shipping processing times can be extended to 3-6 days.
Orders are processed by our warehouse Monday - Friday.
Once an order has been placed we cannot change shipping methods, nor can any changes be made to the shipping address.

Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, we will send you a status update with your tracking numbers to your email on file.
There are no refunds on wholesale orders.
CB Wholesale Studio is not responsible for packages once shipped out and will not replace lost/stolen packages.
